If the item you have
received is defective, you can contact us within the
warranty period. We will replace the defective item if a replacement is available, if not
available a refund will be issued. Send email to
ebay@svliquidate.com
with support for your claim to obtain the Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be sent back in
the original packaging with RMA number which is valid for
fourteen (14) days from date of issue. Returned packages
without RMA number will not be accepted.

Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping charges.

In some occasions we
accept returned merchandise with a 20% restocking fee.

Merchandise must be carefully packed and insured for
the full purchase price with tracking number.

Returned
items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional
damage. Serial numbers are recorded.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after RMA
has been issued in original packaging with packing slip.

When you
contact us you need evidence to support your claim: |

Item is physically damaged, without
carrier being at fault: We require photographs of
suspected area (s) of damage. |
Computer component will not function:
Will require a diagnostic
report. If the unit does function you will not get an RMA and you
must locate the driver or other software.

You received the wrong
item: Send us your order number
along with all information you can give on the item you received.
Also, give the tracking number. |

We will need adequate
evidence so please describe the way received merchandise functions
in comparison to how it should work

Returns will be DENIED if any of the
following apply: |

Expired:
You had
item for 30
days or more
or we have
not received
it within 14
days of RMA
issue.

Needs
items which
were not
included:
Batteries, AC
Adapters,
manuals,
passwords,
software or
additional
components
needed for
operation.

Misunderstanding:
You didn't know of used condition, missing items not
seen the the photo or incompatibility. |
Cosmetic
Imperfections:
Marked, scratched
or not as
new.

|
Damaged
during
shipping:
Notify
us with
photos and
we will
contact the
carrier and
file a
claim. See
Policy #3.

No DOA warranty stamp on
auction page, instead the AS-IS stamp. |

These are some other instances and special
circumstances: |

If you
received multiple items, a partial exchange/
refund may
be granted if a portion is determined to be DOA.

If you
returned the item but we determined that you were
not honest in your claim, you must pay
shipping charges to get the item back.

When a negative feedback
is left the RMA procedure is voided, you may
remove feedback to continue RMA process.

In some
occasions we accept returned merchandise with a

the same condition and packaging as when sent.
None of the shipping charges will be credited in
such cases.

If package arrives visibly
damaged, accept delivery and take photos of
damaged area. When you e-mail us send the photos
so we can file a claim with the carrier. Refunds
will be available after carriers reimbursement.
