What is the shipment cost to my country?
Follow this procedure:

Since we need to manually calculate a quote, we can only give you an invoice total if you have won.

  1. We can not give you a quote before you win so please do so before continuing.

  2. Follow the international procedure for checkout, once you have an invoice please hold on.

  3. Within 24 hours we will send you an updated invoice with UPS shipping quote.

I don't want my item to be shipped by UPS, what are my options?

We can only ship with UPS. They provide point to point tracking and make loosing your item in the mail very difficult. However, to better serve our customers we have opened several options below.

Other Options:
  1. We give you the option to ship with your carrier account. If you have a UPS account we would ship collect. If you have an account with another carrier you must arrange pick-up from our location and we charge a handling and packaging fee. We will give you weight and DIMs after payment is received.
  2. You can request us to ship your item to a US address if you prefer a proxy shipment and receiver forwards your package to you.
  3. You may request to cancel the auction. We require positive feedback and that you pay ebay fees. Cancellation is up to management and not a guaranteed option.

Can we ship multiple items in a single shipment?

Yes, though combining shipments is not without restriction. Shipping multiple items in a single shipment will depend on size, weight and number of items.

This is a list of auctions we can not combine:

  1. Fragile items cannot go with other items.


    2.  

  2. Items with too great a difference in dimension.
     

  3. Heavy or oversized items cannot go with smaller items.
     

  4. Items are in original manufacturer boxes.

Important Note: If your package is larger than 12x12x12 we will charge by dimension, this will multiply cost.

Is the freight quote in auction page final?

No. There are too many factors involved in shipping freight, some unforeseen such as fuel surcharges. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust shipping quote even after we have given you a final invoice.

These are some of the factors that may change our shipping quote:
  • Lift gate (sending and receiving)
  • Residential shipping destination
  • Inside delivery
  • No dock for receiving
  • Pre-Delivery phone call
  • Fuel surcharge

Important Message: Though our handling charge will not change, the final cost to the winner may be higher than we anticipated, due to different postal restrictions with each country. We may not be able to give you a final shipping quote until the carrier is informed of all factors as stated above and have taken them into account.
