What should I do after winning an auction?

You need to create an invoice through the process below:

Getting started:

  • You are required to first read our terms and conditions.

  • Click here or on the Pay Here link directly from the winning auction page.

  • You will be asked for your winning eBay item number and eBay e-mail address. After you submit that information and review the next page you may continue to the next screen where you will enter in your shipping and billing address. Full name and phone number are required.

Payment Selection:

  • Since you cannot pay with PayPal, you must select Money Order. Submit your info.
    NOTE: If you try to pay with PayPal your payment will be rejected.

Getting a Shipping Quote:

  • You should now be looking at your invoice without the shipping cost, do not pay yet.
    Shipping can not be estimated or calculated without our shipping department. We will give you a quote within 24 hours. Please stand by. We will only provide you with a UPS shipping quote.

Message for Canadian Customers:

Since you already have a shipping quote you should pay right away. You do not need to wait for us to adjust your invoice since you already have a quote.

Making the Payment:

  • We will send you the new invoice through the associated ebay e-mail address. For special orders see our special orders area just below. All payment options are listed on the ebay page and here.

Congratulations on your completed purchase, now you are finished!

  • On average payment is received within 3-5 days from when it's sent. We will process shipping and send the package out after we have received the money and not when you send the money. A tracking number will be issued via e-mail after shipping is processed after. We will issue feedback in due time after you have issued yours. We mirror feedback.

Message for Special Orders:

We have 2 solutions for purchasing multiple items or auctions. You may win any number of our auctions and we could combine them into one order, or you may win one auction and request one or more additional units to be added onto your invoice.

  • Multiple Auction winnings:
    It is important that you win the item(s) before you create an order. You may win several auctions within the 7 day grace period for repayment. After you won the last item you may checkout and follow procedure. You may pay with PayPal if you qualify.

  • Single Auction won, adding more items:
    After you have won the first item and created an order, you may submit your order number to us and request additional units at the buy it now price. At this point we would have an inventory check for the latest count and add up to your desired amount.

Can I get multiple auctions or other items added to my order?

I tried to pay with PayPal but my account was rejected, how come?
We do not accept PayPal accounts from international clients.
  • We ONLY accept U.S. confirmed shipping addressed accounts.
     
  • We can not make any exceptions. To pay in a similar manner. pay with BidPay.

Note: PayPal will not provide us with any type of seller protection unless you meet the mentioned requirements. We do not give out our PayPal e-mail address since you will be directed into PayPal during the checkout procedure.

My invoice has no shipping cost, how come?

I am Canadian and since I already have a shipping quote shouldn't I pay right away?
Yes. You do not need to wait for us to adjust your invoice since you already have a quote.

I have paid for my item, how can I view my tracking information?
You should know that at this point most payment types need a few days to get processed or cleared. You should expect payment to arrive on the 4th business day from when you sent it out. If 7 days have gone by please e-mail us with reference/confirmation numbers. Click here to see if we have received your payment, if we have you can see your tracking number.
