	I sent back my broken item why did you return it? One of the reasons we may have returned it is because it did not have a true RMA number on it since we use a code. If we conclude that you lied to us or your item was not DOA, we will require original shipping cost to send the item back to you. If you do not pay return shipping we will not send your item out.
